Summer Run Club

Picture Hyde Park on a Thursday evening, sun setting and a gentle 5k run for all abilities. 

We had the pleasure of hosting a Run Club with Mon Christian a run leader for Tempo London and DJ at Foundation FM.

What we learned is more runs need to end with a good dance.
