Helping you get ready for the festive season. Please refer to our dates below for Christmas delivery service. Unfortunately, these are not fully guaranteed and we suggest purchasing any gifts as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

To note, we are also expecting Royal Mail strikes that will impact deliveries. NICCE will endeavour to provide the best service we can, but recommend you purchase gifts early to avoid issues outside of our control.

Christmas Returns 

We’ve extended our usual limit for returns, just for the festive season. Any gift purchased between the 7th November and 24 December 2022 can be returned up until 10th January 2023, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. 

Simply return your item unused and in original condition (with all labels and tags intact) and we’ll give you a refund, as long as your returned product meets our regular terms and conditions.
